We really enjoyed our stay at D.Samui. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we loved the big curtains on the bottom bunks. Despite some AC issues, the staff was always quick to try and resolve them. The clean bathrooms, although limited, never had too long of a wait. Plus, the hostel is so close to the beach and scooter hire spots!

Title: Great Family Experience
For dads, it would be great to have a designated play area for kids within the hostel premises.

Free WiFi, great location near the beach, helpful staff. Cons: Just loved the long walk to town and the lack of toilet paper supply. Hilarious.

This hostel is perfect for those wanting to be close to the beach. the beds are incredibly comfortable, showers are hot, and there is free water and coffee. the owner is the best I've ever met - kind, helpful, and always smiling. the location is just 2 minutes away from the beach. A huge thank you to the owner for making my stay so enjoyable.

Stayed at a hostel with free WiFi, where I could park my private car. They even had an ATM and currency exchange - perfect for a fancy lady like me. Location was great, close to the beach and Thai boxing stadium.
Oh, such a shame that there wasn't a red carpet and a personal butler waiting for me at the hostel. How disappointing.

I got great value for my money at D.Samui Hostel. The room had the softest beds in Thailand and the staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. The location was convenient, just a few minutes away from restaurants, the beach, and activities in Samui.
The breakfast selection could have been better, but it didn't take away from the overall positive experience at the hostel.

Christmas at this hostel was a delightful experience. The friendly staff and comfortable beds were the best aspects of my stay. The bed linens were incredibly soft and some of the most comfortable I have ever experienced in a hostel. the location was perfect - just a short walk to the best beach on the island and close to the vibrant night market and walking street. I also appreciated the free water and coffee available all day, which was a nice touch.
There were, however, a few drawbacks. The 4-person dorm room felt quite cramped, especially since there were only three of us.

I had an amazing stay at this hostel! The staff were so friendly and fun, making my time there enjoyable. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hostel had its own bar right next door, making it convenient for a drink or two. I appreciated the free drinking water provided from the cooler in the lounge area. The personal locker and entry keycard provided a sense of security. The towels and indoor slippers offered were a nice touch. The great location and the value for money made this hostel highly recommended for backpackers.
Nothing to fault.
